The reviews don’t do this place justice. The spicy Ahi was delicious, the lobster dog was arguably the best thing(besides the pineapple smoothie) and the manager of the truck was incredibly nice. Must try if you’re around.
Twenty years ago when we lived on North Shore, there were two shrimp trucks with way larger portions, but now that we're back on island, we're trying these new food trucks as well. The blended pineapple smoothie was refreshing and served in a quintessential whole/cored pineapple. The garlic shrimp was a good sized serving with 2 scoops rice and leafy green salad -- lick your fingers while dining and end the meal using a napkin when you're all done. Service was good and quick. Great seating area and close to other food trucks and shops. Pork was good. Rice was bland and complete plate portion is smaller than other places. Churros Dessert is way overpriced (1 stick for $5). I thought for $5, you might get a small bundle. No to go containers if you plan on having take out. They use aluminum wrap which works.
