Babadi Sushi Kahuku is a sushi truck on the north shore. The reviews say the sushi is fresh, well made, and delicious. The fried sushi is different than any before, but it works and it's amazing. The menu has Brazilian-style sushi with high-quality fish and unique options, including a fried rice sushi burger. The seared salmon nigiri and ahi tuna roll are both delicious. The Lilikoi Paradise, California, and the Haleiwa are incredible. The banana dessert is so good. It is the only place on island that sells Guaraná Antarctica. There aren't a ton of sushi options on the north shore, so this place is pretty convenient. There is tons of parking in a food truck area. It is quiet and super chill. The wait is between 5-10 minutes.
