I don't like giving bad reviews but I just found the food very subpar and overpriced for a stationary food truck. Their drink servings are like half the size of of what you'd get in Thailand also. I have lived in Thailand for years and know the food better than most north Americans, unless they've spent serious time in the country and lived there. I ordered the Chefs young fun Thai shrimp special and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was average taste, nothing exceptional but it was served in a small plastic cup unlike in Thailand where juice and drinks like this are served in 16-18 oz tall plastic cups. I probably got like 10 ounces of tea with the ice which is fine and all just not really good value and what I'd expect from a stationary food truck. The chefs special shrimp gave me gout and I haven't gotten gout in Thailand in years, so whatever ingredients were in that food were not high quality. Thai food in Thailand just hits differently, same with Vietnamese, unfortunately for this place it didn't hit at all, but I'm a very knowledgeable person on Thai food. Did they use organic and non GMO vegetables at this food truck? I have no idea. All in all I paid like $22 bucks and it was a very subpar meal with lots of eggplant and some thick noodle that is not typical in Thailand also very little shrimp, like 6 pieces. So for $17 before tax I thought that was not good value. I guess food trucks in Hawaii are not really the value option considering I could have gone to a brick and mortar Hawaiian food restaurant and had better value and taste. Green peppers, eggplant, thick rice noodles, and shrimp is not exactly expensive ingredients. People in Thailand eat those things every day. Also, I'm pretty sure there was a lot of msg in the food which isn't necessarily bad but it's not necessarily good as it's a flavor inhancer. So for people that don't really know Thai food and haven't lived there then this place is probably ok, but for people who have lived in Thailand and know the food it's probably going to be a let down. I was hoping for a very authentic Thai restaurant with some offering tailored to the local population but the food and drink just didn't hit the right way. For $12-16 that would be okay but not for over $22 for 6 shrimp, eggplants, green peppers, etc and a 10 oz serving of Thai tea. I'm sure plenty people like the place but for me it just didn't hit the mark.

Very solid food truck. It’s on the edge of the market so it’s a little bit more relaxed and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s right by the highways so not perfect ambience but definitely doable. The food is great, not exactly like food in Thailand because of the difference in ingredients but very close. All around solid option.

This curry is amazing. We always get it when I'm town. I highly recommend the pineapple curry. We take it to the beach for a delicious sunset and savory food.

Absolutely loved it. Spent a week in Hawaii complaining about not finding any decent food. That was until we found this place.
I have never seen my kids finish their meals so quickly.
I absolutely loved my meal. Fresh, great flavours, great punch of the authentic thai food.
I wish these guys were in Australia for me to buy again from.

The service from the owner is the worst, rats under their truck, food was terrible and tables are filthy! I will never go there or recommend anyone as well!

I don't know why I didn't take a picture, but I ordered it right when it opened in the morning, got it packed, and ate it on the way.
The portion size was really big, but the pad thai was not very good. It was salty and the quantity was large so I ate only the shrimp separately.
The fried rice tasted different from what I had in Thailand, but it had a unique taste and was still edible.

The entire food truck area doesn’t give you the sense there OSS running water for hand washing stations but everyone else is doing it so…hey. This is my second time getting FasayThai. It’s relatively with quick. I got the pad thai this time and it was a heap of flavorless noodles. Many others had different experiences so it might vary. The summer rolls tho... that’s what I came back for. I got them two weeks ago and it was four pieces of this giant roll with the best peanut sauce. This time the roll was noticeably and considerably smaller.
Everyone is right to recommend the sticky rice. Still so good.

Tucked off the side of the road. Had the chicken pad see-ew and my sister had the shrimp special. Thought it was a lil spicier than i would typically order but a nice punch! Reasonably priced and quick service. A lot of the tables had ants on them but other than that it was pretty decent
WOW! Ate the yellow curry (ordered it spicy), fried egg roll things, mango sweet rice, and the spicy green papaya salad. Everything was FANTASTIC. 10/10 would eat it again. Better than most Thai restaurants I've experienced. Everyone else in our group loved their food, too. And nice people working the truck!

Pandemic/inflation price increase is moderate, about $1 per item, compared with all the other greedy places out there that jacked up their price 30%-40% per item, this place feels extremely ethical. Most importantly, food is actually good, comparable to any nice Thai restaurant I have been to. And the size is very generous.
