beer was great ! came in the past when a younger woman was tending the tap and she was just the sweetest !

but went again, with an older man as the bartender instead. one of my friends had brought in a drink from elsewhere. he took it away immediately, he gave us dirty looks, he even asked us where we were from (we’re born and raised in kahuku), and refused to serve us after checking our IDs (everyone was over 21y/o)

he told us we weren’t allowed to bring in outside drinks and we apologized. we had no idea as there are no signs posted about it anywhere that we could’ve seen, and it seemed to be a very strict rule for him. bringing outside food and children is blatantly encouraged on the sign on the door but not the no outside drink rule, so it was confusing.

we still wanted to buy some beers despite his attitude and having let him “confiscate” the one my friend had brought in, but without giving us a warning, right there he said they won’t serve us, so we just left. a bummer because it’s so close to home for my friends and i, and my experience with that other girl was so great the first time ! just a heads up for anyone who may be planning to make a visit to this beer shop, older man is not very nice at all. if you decide to go and he’s there, be on your best behavior because there is no tolerance for mistakes ;)

I hate beer but I went with a group of friends so I wasn’t sure if there was anything on the menu I would drink, the server asked me if I wanted to try and pick what I liked which was nice! I ended up drinking another round! lol

Great beer, great selection, great ambiance! Perfect for a beer or two on the patio after getting take out from a food truck

No food service here, although they allow you to bring outside food here as long as you buy drinks from the bar.

Such a great place to stop by when on vacation or just looking to hang out on the Kahuku side of oahu. Lots of selection while enjoying the warm hawaii air. Even got a hat for the other half lol

Really cool craft beer location in the middle of all the food trucks. Also has beer you can purchase to go. Has both indoor and outdoor seating so you can eat food from the trucks and have a quality beer.
