The Kalbi here is one of the best I’ve had! The short ribs are thick cuts and flavored very well. Portions are very generous and pairs exceptionally well with Giovanni’s scampi shrimp. I only wish they paired the Kalbi plates with a side salad/veggies rather than just rice and noodles.

Originally the place we had drove to the north shore for ran out of plates. Things happen for a reason and I stumbled across this gem. I got the combo plate and let me tell you the portions were generous and the meat was on point. It was juicy and flavorful. Also note this place only takes cash.
Best kalbi I'd had. Freshly grilled, portion generous. If you're close by, MUST TRY!!

Don't sleep on this spot!! Amazing Kalbi beef ribs. Massive portions here too. Also, food is grilled FRESH!!! Super delicious. Don't miss this one. When looking at all the food trucks from the highway, it's way off to the right. It's easy to miss, it's not with the main cluster of places. Trust me though, look for it. Well worth it!!

Before coming to Hawaii, I was searching for a shrimp truck and accidentally found it on YouTube and went looking for it. I was really disappointed with the shrimp I ordered since I was so hungry before going to Hawaii, but I went to Galbion Fire to get treatment for my wounds. It tastes much better than what you saw on YouTube. The meat was in good condition and the seasoning was strong, so it went well with rice, and the japchae was also tasteful. However, be sure to bring cash when ordering as it is cash only. The Korean owner kindly explains. I have a feeling that this truck will be very long when a celebrity comes. I really enjoyed it. ❤️ Good luck!

The fire and seasoning of the ribs are truly exquisite. The dumplings were also different from the fried dumplings I had previously thought of. In particular, the soy sauce-based sauce was new.

Came here as found Giovanni's Shrimp Truck disappointing. Glad we found it as super impressed. We ordered the kalbi And BBQ chicken combo, came with rice and noodles. Super flavourful, had a sweetness to the marinade and well cooked. Came with rice and noodles which were both cooked well, noodles had similar sweet flavoring as the meat. Fast service. Large picnic table with plenty of seating. Would definitely come again!
