Originally the place we had drove to the north shore for ran out of plates. Things happen for a reason and I stumbled across this gem. I got the combo plate and let me tell you the portions were generous and the meat was on point. It was juicy and flavorful. Also note this place only takes cash.
Don't sleep on this spot!! Amazing Kalbi beef ribs. Massive portions here too. Also, food is grilled FRESH!!!
Super delicious. Don't miss this one. When looking at all the food trucks from the highway, it's way off to the right. It's easy to miss, it's not with the main cluster of places. Trust me though, look for it. Well worth it!!

Before coming to Hawaii, I was searching for a shrimp truck and accidentally found it on YouTube and went looking for it. I was really disappointed with the shrimp I ordered since I was so hungry before going to Hawaii, but I went to Galbion Fire to get treatment for my wounds. It tastes much better than what you saw on YouTube. The meat was in good condition and the seasoning was strong, so it went well with rice, and the japchae was also tasteful.
