Great tacos! Had the fish and the shrimp. Would highly recommend either of them, but me personally, I would lean a little more towards the shrimp. Can’t go wrong either way!

This taco and Latino food truck is located in a community of food trucks at the Old sugar Mill historical site. While we were staying at turtle Bay, we came to this place three nights in a row for dinner. My wife got the street tacos every single night from Papi's. I also recommend the shrimp burrito.
We loved getting food here and taking it over to the beer garden walking distance away for some craft local brews.

Best Tacos on the island hands down. This little spot is one of the original sugar mill food truck restaurants on the north shore in Kuhuku and it’s part the reason why people come down here in the first place. From house made salsas like roasted tomatillo paired with meat options like asada, carnitas, chicken or lengua it’s all fire. Papi even does specials if you’re lucky to catch one. Don’t miss out haole

My hubby and I got the street tacos- one marinated pork, one fish and one shrimp. All were excellent! Used several of their sauces too. Fabulous!

Kahuku Food truck location. Ordered 3x Street tacos with with bottle of Coke. Pico ingredients fresh and on point. Ordered guacamole on each. Guac is sparse or perhaps just tomatillo applied with a bottle. Meat quality and taste are mediocre at best. Bottled cola is lukewarm. Cannot recommend.
