Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi

Great lunch at Beach House. Wonderful view of the water and the chef made me fish tacos even though they weren't on the menu. Expensive, but it's the North Shore. Highly recommend.

Just start off service is excellent. I am really not a fish person but the way the server describe their black codI had to try it. It was so exceptional, it's one of my favorite all-time dinners now.

Such a wonderful relaxed atmosphere on the beautiful north shore turtle bay. Service was amazing and the food did not disappoint! Awesome pineapple martinis, yummy sushi, the freshest fish and amazing desserts. Great way to celebrate a special occasion!

Great location and service. My steak was more medium than medium rare. Please watch overlooking meat. Asked if we were celebrating any special occasion and we said our anniversary but nothing was done. Overall, nice experience. Just expecting a bit more.

The atmosphere and food were amazing. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, and wagyu beef dinner and all were amazing! Highly recommend!

Amazing. John was an awesome server. The cod that he recommended was an awesome dish. We had a great experience.

Everything was so delicious. We enjoyed the seared ahi tuna and the lava cake. And our server was first rate. She was attentive and pleasant. Everyone works together to make the dining experience exactly what you'd hope for at a Roy Yamaguchi Ritz Carlton restaurant. We had dinner three times and lunch twice during our vacation. It was superb.

Second visit, great place. Service is magnificent. Best calamari I've had on Oahu. Good tuna sashimi. Pepper choice margarita is a must.

The drinks are a little strong, definitely not complaining, had the beef sliders and they were delicious. This is definitely a five-star establishment and a fun place to hang by the beach. The atmosphere is lively and charming with live entertainment. Bring your wallet and live your best life.

Had lunch there on 10/18. I hope I got the hostess name correct, but Chapin, was so wonderful. The lobster roll the best I've ever had tasted! I asked for waters with pineapple in it, and Chapin definitely delivered with that. She was so nice that even when my family and I left the beach for the day, she went so far as to remembering my name and waving bye.

Like I said, I hope I got your name right. I wantes to come back two days later, hoping you were there to ask your name in person to ensure I got your name right. Thank you again for the hospitality for something so simple as the pineapple waters.

Unbelievably rude manager. We showed up with a group of 25-30 (they don’t take reservations). Instead of welcoming our group and making room for us in the mostly empty restaurant, we were told to wait outside. When we tried to get drinks at the bar, the manager told the bartender not to serve us. As a result of this bizarre behavior, our group left in disgust.

There aren’t as many places on Oahu that allow you to eat on the beach, this happens to be one of them. And it might be our new favorite…

It’s definitely less expensive than what the Kahala hotel has to offer, which also has restaurants on the ocean, and while Beach House isn’t quite is fancy, imo it’s just as delicious.

The only thing lacking was the size of my wife’s scallops meal. She said it was very flavorful and delicious, but just very small. Conversely, I had the burger which was gigantic & incredibly tasty.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time there memorable. Thank you Lana (& Bella)!

We even got served a complimentary dessert sorbet as it was our anniversary!

Spent ten weeks staying here for work and eat here a few times a week. The food and services definitely was not consistent but usually good or great.
