Maybe it was the end of the day before the food trucks pack up? The food wasn't that terribly hot, the flavor was pretty good though and you get alot of food for the money compared to some of the fancier places to eat. They were on tv, so we had to give them a try!
I'm VERY Impressed with this DELICIOUS Food Truck behind the gas station in Kahuku to the right ... The Kalbi I ordered yesterday was better than anywhere I've eaten and Made with a lot of Aloha ..... I Definitely plan to choose them again and RECOMMEND them highly when on the NorthShore --- the Kava was Amazing as well

Beyond underrated. A tiny lick of the garlic shrimp was so full of flavor! The steak was so buttery soft, it melted in my mouth. Thank Goodness Giovannis took cash only, otherwise we wouldn't have went off looking & found Uluwehi's that take card. Pictures don't do justice to flavor and I'm picky! -Garlic Shrimp plate -soft steak -Lili koi, guava, mango, pineapple smoothies
