Wili Wili's Shave Ice Haven

Wili Wili is the BEST shaved ice!!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!! This is a MUST stop every trip to the island… sometimes multiple times per trip! The flavors are delicious and so refreshing- my fav combo is pineapple, mango, and guava- but they are all fantastic! The guy that works here is the best! Great customer service!! Pictures are from multiple trips throughout the years.

Shaved ice is fine, but the customer service is garbage. They got our order wrong and then charged us twice for remaking what they got wrong. Don’t go here. You can’t treat people like this and expect them to be ok with it.

Quick and easy shaved ice with a ton of flavors and huge portions. Not super clear communication and shared seating room with other stores but friendly and quick.

I ordered the Asian Beef and Cranberry Soup. Both were excellent and very tasty. The atmosphere is perfect, it is a zone with restaurants and food trucks. Everyone chooses - Indian, Mexican, American, Asian. I don't think there was pizza :) Paid by credit card

The worst shaved ice, I regretted buying it

Ordered Pad Thai…. Came out very disappointed. Nothing like on menu. Task terrible ?

I was standing right in front of the window to order but could not find anyone. Asked a lady who was standing in that cafe and she said she is not a owner but the owner of thai restaurant that is in one building so i waited about 10min in the sun. Still no one is taking an order. Went somewhere else to see if other places sell shave ice and came back in two minutes. And saw other family were standing at the window. The lady who said she is not an owner started taking their order!!!!! And the other guy who seems like an owner came. He was actually eating in that thai restaurant while i was just standing and waiting without ant clue where the owner is. I mean if she could take an order why didnt she take my order?? Or at least tell the owner that a customer is here? If you are not going to take an order during the meal time, put some sign on.

This is delicious shaved ice on the main road through the North Shore. There was tons of different flavors to choose from and the serving size is massive if you were thinking about sharing. It did take some time to get them made but they were made with love and again they are colossal. There is a free bathroom to use and an adjacent Thai food restaurant l. About 200 feet away is where all of the major shrimp sharks are gathered.

Best shaved ice on oahu

The Flavors are Super Bold and delicious, highly recommended! Da Brudah at the counter was more than rude, which almost ruined my families whole day...
