Were not open at 11:30, even though the Open sign was in the door. Posted hours said they open at 10:30. The place looks sad, at if it's permanently closed.

Go there for Filipino food. The dishes taste like home away from home. I thought no one could touch my Uncle's Arroz Caldo, but Kelly's, it's up there.

Came for Korean food, but ended up ordering off the Filipino menu, and it was bombbbbb. Definitely not a place for ambiance or menu cohesion, but it is authentic, dank, street-food quality Asian food. Try one of their Filipino soups!!

filipino dishes are great especially bagnet laing. bihon guisado kilawin na kambing crispy pata and bulalo...filipino foods are fast served ..the chef was formerly from one of the most accredited restaurant...they also serve yakiniku
