Delicious BBQ! The beef shoulder was our favorite. Great bang for your buck too- the portions were huge. We split it and still couldn’t finish the Three Meat Combo. Service was a little awkward got interrupted a few times by people getting their food but good haha. Best food truck we went to in Maui!

We hit the jackpot at this food truck collection area and Bearded BBQ Maui was an absolute standout. I went with the 3 meats and 2 sides combo featuring chicken, beef, and pulled pork, and every single meat was perfectly smoked and seasoned. The chicken was juicy with a great crispy skin, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the pulled pork practically melted in my mouth. The coleslaw was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting - both sides complemented the smoky meats beautifully. The portions were more than generous for the price. The pitmaster clearly knows what they're doing, and you can taste the care and expertise in every bite. This is hands down some of the best BBQ we've had on Maui. Don't miss this gem if you're in the area!

The star of the show was the cornbread (no butter on it, and still INCREDIBLY flavorful and moist.) Absolutely delicious.
The machine and cheese was creamy and tasty. The coleslaw was top-notch. We seriously enjoyed every bite.

Best bbq in Maui! The cornbread was incredible, the pickles were delicious, the beef was so tender and ribs were cooked to perfection. The pulled pork sandwich is massive and amazingly good, the Mac and cheese was a perfect side for this barbecue! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back

Saw Brisket on the website menu. When we arrived, no Brisket on the menu board. Other reviews had raved about “fall off the bone” ribs, so I ordered ribs. They were quite tough and my guess is that they were microwaved. Very disappointing.
