Our order took a bit of time, however they threw in a cheesecake for our trouble, that was kind. Our burgers had lots of bacon and were nice and hot. The bathrooms were out of service but they were able to let me in the men's, thank heavens.

It's Burgers King! What do you want. The store is clean and the staff is usually attentive. But sometimes more than 50% something goes away or something isn't fresh. Standard BK items and standard Fast Food pricing here on Maui.

NO REFILLS: VERY VERY DIRTY My recent visit to this Burger King was disappointing, to say the least. The restaurant’s cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The floors were sticky, the tables were not properly wiped down, and the garbage bins were overflowing. On top of that, they don’t offer drink refills, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I expected a higher standard of hygiene and customer service from such a well-known chain. Including very rude staff. I hope the management addresses these issues soon to ensure a better experience for future guest.

Went through got a mushroom and Swiss for lunch today and it was horrible the mushrooms were cold out of the refrigerator the burger was cold and the prices are out of this world 14 dollars for a quarter pounder with cheese I like Burger King but have got nothing but bad food from their cold patties that were cooked and put on a warmer

The King allows you to have it his way. Restricted use of bathrooms (I suppose that they have their reasons) $6 coffee. Suggest the senior coffee with refills if desired. 0.59 or 0.89 (. I forget; my wife chose wisely)
The service is very bad, they serve you with a bad attitude and if you want a soda refill they charge you for it. The chicken nuggets were not well cooked and the chairs were sticky and they do not accept the app to.

I like to order on the app because I don't have to remember what everyone else wants to order & to constantly have to ask them what they want. But that doesn't mean the staff will get the order correctly. Lately, my online order has been done incorrectly even though on the receipt, it states my order correctly.
