What is up with the pickles? When you go to order the sandwich at least all of the ingredients, but it does not list the pickle so if you’ve never been here before you’re going to get a pickle on your chicken sandwich🥒. i’m not sure who decided that pickles go on chicken sandwiches but my wife likes pickles and she doesn’t even want our sandwich. I feel like there’s a secret conspiracy here to put a pickle on your sandwich if you know anything about pickles, even when you take it off your sandwich still tastes like a pickle. The service here is unlike anything I’ve ever been almost a little too much as soon as you’re done, they whisk away your tray and ask if you need anything very nice people #PickleGate

Overall, it wasn't a bad Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately the server at the counter seemed unhappy, in fact somewhat grumpy. I guess even Chick-fil-A workers have a bad day. The rest of the staff were committed to providing high quality service. Our food from lining up to ordering took six minutes to be served. They seemed very busy (perhaps twenty cars lined up in the drive though) so I was impressed with the turnaround. The rest of the restaurant was clean and beautifully presented. I liked the Hawaiian flowers on the table - that was a nice touch.
Vegetarian options: They sell chicken
Dietary restrictions: Hope you like chicken!

Our table had a spilled drink, and the same worker who was making jokes and laughing with a caucasian group rolled his eyes and asked us if he needed to mop the area. After lots of huffing, puffing and banging of items, he told us to get up WHILE we were eating to mop the floor under the table. Then proceeded to argue and demonstrate extreme levels of attitude towards us when we politely told him to wait till we finish eating and show us some respect. We have been going to chick fil a all our lives and have never experienced this kind of service. Regardless of whether or not this is an issue of racism a CFA employee should never be this rude and ignorant.

The food was good, just like any other place. The workers were doing their job. The only thing was that there was a cockroach on the wall, and the workers didn't do anything. I understand you won't catch it for me, but at least tell your manager or something.

Went through the drive-thru, cuz I thought it would be quicker. Ordered two simple regular basic chicken sandwiches. Over 20 minutes later, after many people who pulled in after me with much larger orders, finally got my two basic sandwiches. yes they could have ordered on some kind of app or something, but I know that the people in front of me and to the right of me in the second line were actually verbalizing their order to the gal and were gone 15 and 10 minutes before me.
