We were visiting from Georgia and our daughters love seafood and this was the closest place that reminded us of home and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Food was amazing and the waitresses well everyone in there was sooooo nice.

Great food and great experience for our last day on vacation... would definitely visit again
The service received here was great! Our server was attentive and everything came out very fast! The king crabs were great but the regular snow crabs weren't so good. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I would love to try it again.

This ?? is ?? the ?? place ?? for ?? everything ?? seafood!!!! You enter into a well lit, clean, vibrant and seafood festive restaurant with an amazing staff!!! Great customer service, informative menus with great pictures and explanation of everything. Food came out quick, fresh AF, hot and so DAMN DELICIOUS!!! Portions were big, rice was well made (IYKYK), potatoes were soft, corn absorbed all the boil and the seafood was obviously fresh to order!!! We love it here and we highly, highly, highly recommend SHRIMP HALE!!!!!!

We stopped off for lunch and got the boiled clams with garlic butter sauce medium spice and calamari with Cajun fries. The boiled food is served in a bag and you’re given plastic gloves to eat it with. It was really good - we wished we’d gotten the seafood gumbo and will definitely try that next time ! Food was served quick and staff were very pleasant.

I order 1 pound of shrimp and 1 pound of clams and 3pcs. Of corn and 6pcs of sausage. When I order I told them that I will bring the food to Oahu. When I open the food the sausage is missing and the sauce is so little. The food is good tho but I hope next time double check all orders before giving to the costumer.

The food is absolutely fantastic. However the pricing is extremely overpriced. The service was horrific. We asked for a side of honey mustard and they said no because they had put it away. Spending almost $500 for a family of 4 to be treated with this is not ideal.Go the extra mile and there wouldn’t have been an issue with one side of honey money mustard to go.

I’ll start off with… the beer battered deep fried Prawns were so delicious. Not fancy or expensive and their seafood is amazing ??The tables are covered with a piece of paper, and your waitress will provide you ample napkins and a wipe for your hand and face when your done. Did I mention fresh Hawaiian Prawns are friggin amazing. I’m from Alaska and previously believed there was no better seafood than there. I was wrong. They are huge. Four filled me up. LolAnyway, an outdoor style, look and atmosphere indoors in a mall setting.Prawns were 15$. ??????
Parking: Huge parking lot in mall. Walking distance from beach.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely ??
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes totally. Parking, entry and room to maneuver. ??

Unfortunately I feel the business ethics here are sad. Although it’s only a 25$ gift card with no expiration date they are unable to use or allow us to use it because it was purchased a little while ago. We don’t care for the food personally but we felt we would give it another try since we had a gift card. Business wise I feel it was rather unprofessional and well illegal to just keep the money we put on the card.

The food here is so good! We couldn’t decide what flavors to get and the staff was helpful. We ended up getting the shrimp w Cajun and clams w All of Da Kine and both were unbelievably delicious!! The right combo of Cajun flavors etc! We also got the calamari & chips w Cajun and that was perfection too. We plan to return to get their oysters. Yum!
