This guy is an artiste! He explained each layer as he put it together and I was so excited to eat it I forgot to take a photo before I smooshed it! Complex flavors, different sauces, perfect fries. Highly recommend all their dishes (this is the second time weβve been here) but the photo is a southern fried chicken sandwich.
I totally agree with other reviews, obviously passionate about the meal, the ingredients, and the presentation. He said "the best burger of your life" and I have to agree. We both joked that he would make my wife jealous, and we were both right there too. Would recommend, absolutely.
The best food on Maui!!! Hard to find healthy food that doesnβt sacrifice taste and flavor. Weβve tried most of the menu and everything is delicious. Authentic European food, all home made! The burger and gyros are a must!! Great service- Dino is respectful, fun, personable, and hospitable! Full of aloha π€π½ Always looking forward to our meals here and conversations with Dino!
