Went to the bubbas shack, got the red mango curry with Kalua pork, absolutely nothing but amazing. Did not have the soup aspect, but so much flavor and food. Great price too! Will be checking out the other trucks in the park.
One of the best food trucks experiences we’ve had! We found this food truck park while we were waiting to pick someone up from the hospital and it was very delicious. We both ordered from Maui Shrimp, I got the Tempura shrimp tacos and my wife got the sweet chili mango shrimp over rice. We ordered a side of fried potatoes that were incredible. These were some of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten. We got two passion fruit canned orange drinks that were good also....
Very good selection of food trucks! 10 -15 trucks there. 8 we’re open when we got there about 5pm. Oh darn only 8 delicious trucks to choose from! 🤣. 10 picnic tables to sit at under a canopy. In and out and satisfied!!!
