I went to redeem a cookie with reward points from here and the cashier was really rude. It was my first time redeeming something so I didn’t know how it worked and I was in the process of learning. She gave me attitude because of it. Super bad customer service.

I recommend they refine this sandwich. The steak sandwich ended up being a sloppy mess, and the beef was cut too thick and difficult to eat on such a small square ciabatta roll. But it was nicely cooked. The tomato was unripe with no flavor and really didn’t belong on the sandwich anyway. Too much dressing on the salad and while I was pleased, they gave me a strawberry to sample. It had no flavor. I feel like three stars is generous for what we bought. The clam chowder was pretty...
