Thank you! After having a disappointing lunch experience elsewhere (where there was apparently not something gluten/dairy free) I was able to get something here at JM. You have the gluten free thing down and I was finally able to have something that wasn't going to make me sick. Thank you for being reliable and consistent.Dietary restrictions: Dedicated knife for GF bread in separately wrapped packages!

Long over due review, but after the poor experience near my local Jersey Mikes, I just had to let others know that this is legit! Workers were attentive and food was made fresh with care. I actually bought the sub with the intention of taking it the following day for a long drive and it was so well made that the sub survived the fridge until the morning on our road trip. I just left Kahului Jersey Mikes. I ordered a veggie sandwich and the woman asked if I was a vegetarian. She thoroughly cleaned the meat/cheese slicer, area around it and changed her gloves before making my sandwich. I thanked her profusely for doing this and I've never had anyone do this before!!! I will be back again and again to support this restaurant and I hope my tip reflects my gratitude. Much aloha to you!!
