You have the gluten free thing down and I was finally able to have something that wasn't going to make me sick. I’m familiar with everything Jersey mikes and this store is struggling I entered the store this is What was wrongNo greeting,No banter,Store was dirty,Messed up our order one sub wrong size and wrong bread,Slicer doesn’t know how to properly slice,Front line barely had tomatoes they were unripe aswell, Sprinkler does not sprinkle correctly not enough juice or oregano.after he wrapped my sub and bagged it he charged me then asked for here or To go after he bagged it my sub. This may seem nitpicky but I could on this store isn’t the Mikes way that I know please get this shaped up

I would rate this place about 2 notches below Subway. Not particularly fresh with the Mike's special, The Philly cheesesteak tasted like someone barfed on the grill, and then pushed it around with a spatula a little bit. This is my 2nd time here, and I don't think I'll be coming back

Long over due review, but after the poor experience near my local Jersey Mikes, I just had to let others know that this is legit! Workers were attentive and food was made fresh with care. I actually bought the sub with the intention of taking it the following day for a long drive and it was so well made that the sub survived the fridge until the morning on our road trip. I didn't order any of the "wet" ingredients to prevent making the sub soggy the next day, and my meal was so excellent.Just goes to show how management and detail orient an establishment is can be takes them so far!

Make sure if you put in online order you get what you pay for. Never received two soda bottles customer service says cannot do anything.Management NEVER answers phone nor do they make contact with a customer even when their company requests them to.BAD BUSINESS. Subway treats locals better!!

I just left Kahului Jersey Mikes. I ordered a veggie sandwich and the woman asked if I was a vegetarian. She thoroughly cleaned the meat/cheese slicer, area around it and changed her gloves before making my sandwich. I thanked her profusely for doing this and I've never had anyone do this before!!! I will be back again and again to support this restaurant and I hope my tip reflects my gratitude. Much aloha to you!!

Really good location and my sub was made timely. My sandwich wasn’t soggy from having to wait to long for them to put it together. There are instances in other local locations that they have orders come in and they have a long line of sandwiches by the time I get my sandwich it’s soggy.The staff is hit/miss some are friendly/polite. Good communication even though it’s loud and hard to hear when they get busy.Parking: Very busy parking lot between Target and Starbucks.

The restaurant at Cannery mall needs a door to the front. Restaurant closed at dinner time 6pm. Loosing customers.The restaurant near the Walmart is tricky to get at. Food was fine, I recommend it ?

I always order the #9 but 4 out 5 times get the butt heel of roast beef until the manager noticed my dissapointment and brought out a new one. Fantastic customer service.
