“Authentic German food on Maui! Bernard is a great cook. I had the rouladen with red cabbage and spaetzlen. Excellent! I wish he made sauerbraten more often. I had it on my 1st visit here. It was suitably sour. This place satisfies my craving for German food, comfort food from my childhood in Chicago.“
