Hands down the best shrimp I had on the island! I tried the spicy shrimp and the Hawaiian garlic shrimp — both were amazing, but the garlic ones were next-level. The portions are big: you get lots of shrimp, rice, mac and cheese, and some veggies on the side. I checked out a few other shrimp places, but none of them tasted as good as this one. Highly recommend!

Tried Geste Shrimp Truck with high expectations, and while it was good, I wasn’t exactly blown away. Maybe it’s because I’m an island boy myself and I know my seafood—but the flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
I went with the Hawaiian Scampi, and while the shrimp were fresh, the dish was a tad too salty, and the garlic was a little too overpowering. Don’t get me wrong, I’d eat it again if I were in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way or rave about it to friends.
All in all, worth trying if you’re visiting Maui and want a classic shrimp truck experience—but manage your expectations if you’re used to really great seafood.

The food trucks were very convenient, I loved that there was options. The shrimp was fresh, rice cooked to perfection and the macaroni salad delicious!
This place has outdoor seating, with benches. Plenty of room for good vibes! They were very nice and the food came right on time! Great service :)

Stopped by this food truck during our recent visit to Maui and hands down they have the best shrimp plate. We ordered the spicy pineapple shrimp place which come with 12 shrimps, 2 scoops of white rice and crab mac salad. The spicy pineapple shrimp was delicious and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The sweetness of maui pineapples coupled with the spices added amazing flavors to the overall dish.
They are cash only and service is quick. There are plenty of tables to sit in this area as there are several other food trucks in this same complex. Highly recommend them to get your shrimp cravings satisfied.

I was sooo looking forward to having a delicious meal and I am gutted to say that the shrimp tasted bad. Something was wrong with either the shrimp or the garlic butter. It all felt old and just nothing like what I have tasted in Hawaii so far. Can you help?
Delicious, if you’re feeling like good ol shrimp, definitely recommend this place. Portion size is nice and big.

Great Shrimp truck by the parking lot across from Costco. Cooked to order and it is fantastic. I had the spicy pineapple Shrimp, and my wife had the Pineapple Shrimp. Great portion, great sticky rice and the Crab Mac salad is great, even better than my last visit. Be aware they only take cash, stop at the ATM and get cash (worth it)
