This food truck court is right next to the hotel we are staying at so we decided to check it out. We liked Thai Mee Up so much we went there 2 days in a row LOL. The pad thai and the curry are gluten free and it's the best pad thai I've had in years. The portions were large, the food was on point and it was the least expensive meal we've had on the island. Their food is simply amazing. I highly recommend them. Parking is available in the lot right next to the food trucks. Food came out quickly. The line picked up after 6pm on a Sat break but completely worth the wait. My second time here, I called in advance to pick up and they were friendly and timeIy. Definitely a great pit stop before heading to the airport.
