Super disappointed, young lady at the window was so rude like i disturbed her by coming over to order food ( it was not even busy) , ask her what was her favorite poke, she said Hawaiian. It’s what I ordered. Worse poke bowl I had in entire 10 day trip here ( I had one every day) so salty, unbelievably salty, and no other flavors. It was so much soy sauce all over my rice and tuna, all I can taste was salt, had to toss it. Poke bows were better from grocery stores than this food truck, stay away

Havens is such a fabulous restaurant with amazing staff and a unique menu. We brought a large group of our retreat guests here for lunch after a whale watch charter and everyone loved it! The food was fresh and delicious and the staff and chef were super accommodating to guests with food sensitivities (gluten free and dairy free options). Havens also supported the Maui community for many months after the Lahaina fires by serving 500 meals a day to those in need. Fantastic and convenient ocean front restaurant perfect for after a boat trip! Mahalo Havens!

If you're looking for one of the most delicious burgers on Maui, Haven's Kahului is a must-visit! Their Paniolo Smashburger is absolutely phenomenal—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. And don't even get me started on the crinkle fries; they are the perfect complement to the burger.
Located conveniently next to Costco, this food truck is a hidden gem. As a huge fan of burgers, I can confidently say Haven's ranks in my top five on Maui. The quality and taste are unmatched, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

The customer service is just awful. I have diabetes and asked poke bowl without rice and asked to add greens, the worker said „we wont do that“. I found it too rude, they can do it more polite if they really cannot do that. I starved and ordered without rice, just solid poke. The poke was ok, but too much mayo and with fatty avocado and fish it gives gags. My husband ordered smashed burger for $21, for just burger without side or anything it‘s too much for the truck food. My poke was pricey too and for what you get it‘s too expensive. Do not reccomend. Maui has much more better places to eat. Do not waste your time on this vendor.

After the good reviews, we wanted to check them out. The young lady that served us was very nice but we were starving after being up in the air for 10 hours on two different flights just to find two cockroaches in our bag of food when we got to the place we’re staying at. The bag had been rolled down/shut to keep it warm until we got to the condo. But in the car we found there was one huge, adult roach and a tiny baby. Disgusting. Threw the whole bag of food away. Yes, really.

Love that they use local fresh fish. But the poke bowl especially for the price of 24$ was really not worth it. Small scoop of rice and underwhelming amount of fish. The Katsu dressing was so lemony that's all I really tasted. Just felt like an overall underwhelming experience for that much money. I don't mind paying 24$ if it's really great, a solid amount of food, good ingredients and tastes delicious but this missed the mark. I love to support local businesses and have already tried many of the other vendors in that food truck court so I wanted to mix it up. Definitely won't be going back maybe other things on the menu are better but I was craving a solid poke bowl and definitely did not get it.
