Hawaii Food Carts, also known as Aloha Braised, is a restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The staff is open, honest, and fair, providing well-made food cards. They offer a variety of dishes, from Teppanyaki Thursday specials with steak, shrimp, fried rice, veggies, and ginger sauce, to catering options with Furikake Mahi Mahi, Mochiko chicken, New York Steak, Pork Belly, and macaroni salad. Their furikaki fish and hurricane chicken are particularly popular. Although the food can be heavy, it is flavorful and enjoyable. The restaurant has a temporary location in Kahului due to a wildfire but plans to return to Lahaina by the end of November 2023.
