Just had the Bao combo. Complex umami flavoring and great contrast of flavors and textures. Exceptional! Nice design on the food truck itself and good presentation on bao as well. Will come again.

Very popular food truck in Maui. It is located near Costco and there are several other food trucks in that location. Green curry chicken, pad Thai were very good and recommended. There are seating benches where you can enjoy your food from any of the food trucks at the location.

The bao buns are INCREDIBLE. I have loved every flavor I've tried from the duck confit, to the crispy chicken, to coconut shrimp and I even had their special of a smoked pork belly. All were presented beautifully with delicious namasu on the side and ulu/taro chips. Their drinks are also unqiue, gorgeous and delicious. Can't recommend this place enough!!!
