Went in this morning to get a breakfast croissant sandwich with egg and bacon. The service was dry. Then, I noticed right before I bit into the sandwich, and I noticed the egg was green. So I took it back, and the cashier started yelling at me, trying to tell me that this is how the sandwich is supposed to bešŸ¤” green, really? I asked the cashier why you were upset with me. You're the one who served me a green egg, lol! They gave me another sandwich, and the egg wasn't green, lol. But I will never go there again in a very negative and dry environment.

Ordered on line. Restaurant didn't have an item on order, but they substituted it for 8pc nuggets and 8pc chicken strip. But problem is with their third-party system for deliveries. Why do Jack in the Box always or if it's only me that they have some time of "difficulty in finding the address" to the delivery order or not completing or following instructions on delivery methods when you can fulling describe what methods your preferring if it either contact or no contact?

Terribly slow drive through. Shake was melted/warm. Took 20 minutes to get the rest of the order which seemingly would be hot off the grill but was just barely warm and soggy. I liked Jack-In-The Box before but now it is just sad. Too bad because they have a great selection on the menu. Hopefully they can heat up the grill, and speed up the service. I do not usually give poor reviews but this experience left no option. (December 5 2014 8pm)

This location and wailuku location is the worse!! Tonight went thru the drive thru could hardly hear the girl taking the order all muffled on speaker!!girl was soo rude !! Even worse went to the window some short guy with glasses!! Even worse RUDE !! What tops it off was my food sloppy old fries box not even filled bacon not even cook !!! Chesse all over !! This location needs better management!!

service was really bad! We had a hard understanding the Micronesia lady at the window., she was very rude.. I ordered a large coffee she gave me a small coffee I ordered three sugars and three milk she gave me two sugars two milk. My eggs was overcooked I'm very sloppy made! i'm pretty sure we won't be going back to Jack in the box again. This is the second time that I've gone to Jack-in-the-Box and experience the same thing!!

early in the morning the order taker is so slow even you order in advance on the phone app still will take to 15 to 20 minutes of waiting.

Order taker had a cocky attitude. ā€œWe don’t have ice cream here, go to McDonalds (laughing) We only have shakes here!ā€ No sorry. No thank you. I will not come back here again. (8:05pm) HOW RUDE. Please train your people how to give good customer service not sarcasm please. Your establishment is not the only one in town. There’s four more drive thru restaurant within a one block radius.

I witnessed two or three employees mocking a man who appeared to be a tourist by loudly mimicking his English. This was done right in front of his children, who looked like they were under 10 years old. They should be ashamed of themselves. The restroom was extremely dirty, and I saw cockroaches crawling around. If I had gone to the restroom before ordering, I would have left without eating. Overall, the place is poorly managed.

I visited the store around 1 p.m. on 2024.10.6 and ate with my family. I finished eating in the store and wanted to use the bathroom. After making sure the store's bathroom door was closed, I asked the staff to open it. However, a total of three employees - one man and two women - joked in Spanish behind the counter and refused to help, even though they finished their eyes. Continuing to ask her to come out to the counter, a dark-skinned woman, believed to be in her 30s, came with her bathroom key and opened the door for me. However, even though she was fully aware of the situation, she kept asking me repeatedly in English and even insulted me by pronouncing my Asian English pronunciation aloud. I was surprised to learn that there are still employees who engage in such serious racist behavior and speech today. I am asking for immediate and appropriate action from the HR team at the store's headquarters.

The food was great for a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was reasonably okay, and the place was relatively clean. Access to the bathroom required a key from the front desk, which is unusual for me as a visitor here in Hawaii. Typically, fast food restaurant in my home city in Wisconsin do not have their bathrooms locked during business hours.
