We ate here a couple of times during our stay in Maui. Everything costs more in Maui but JITB had the same deals as we get on the main land. Our family loves the food at the JITB - so, this was a good place to eat for us.

Coming from another island and walked in jack in box. I was blown away on how filthy the bathroom and dining room was. I didn’t even eat my food because not sure if it’s safe. Unbelievable. The island I came from is we make sure everything is clean.

As I walked in here I was never acknowledged, I proceeded to order my food on the Kiosk. I waited for about 25 minutes for 4 chicken strips, fries and 2 tacos. I took a bite from a taco and it was still cold (frozen), which I notified the employee. I then took a bite from a chicken strips and it was not fully cooked. I never leave reviews on here but today, I was really disappointed.

Maui World Travelers
This is Maui's first JITB that was renovated a few years ago.
ATMOSPHERE: The inside is clean. The drive thru is open 24 hours.
FOOD: Ultimate Cheeseburger I always feel so guilty when eating this. It's pretty much the size of a DQP from McD's but tastes worlds better. And with curly fries? OMG.
Sourdough Jack This is the only other burger I order besides the UC. Its a bit smaller and has a unique taste with the sourdough bread.
Portobello Mushroom Buttery Jack I HAD to try this after seeing the commercial years ago, and it was damn delish! Butter makes everything better. I was surprised that the mushrooms were fresh and tasty, as was the Swiss cheese. I always opt for curly fries but I think the regular fries would go better with this burger.
Jumbo Jack with Cheese This is my alternative to the Ultimate Cheeseburger when I need a small snack. It's a single patty topped with ketchup and mustard, onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and is just the right size.
Portuguese Sausage, Eggs & Rice Ask anyone in Hawaii, and they'll say that McD's is the place to get this local breakfast platter, as they've been doing it for decades now. So how does JITB's version compare? IMO, it does not. My biggest gripe and pet peeve is that the sausages were sweet. Yuck! I loathe sweet foods unless it's a dessert. The scrambled eggs were definitely real and not of the Egg Beaters variety but, pass.
Hash Brown While it tasted similar to the McD's one, it was slightly larger, and just as crispy.
Ham & Egg Breakfast Pocket After seeing the commercials I had to try it! Unfortunately, the flour tortilla-wrapped finger food was so bland regardless of the salty ham and fake cheese. No sauce/condiments came with it. Pass.
SERVICE: The drive thru can be super slow more so at late night. Staff are friendly.

Aloha, I had a few coupons and used them. First I looked at the Sign in window. Chicken Cessat Wrap looked good. Not Don't have what was in the window. So, I asked the staff to come outside and look at the sign. Well the Rude Guy got frustrated and accused me of being HIGH!!! I'M a 61yr. old Grandmother, for God Sakes! If he can't Handle working in a drug infested, Kahului, he doesn't Belong in this Or Any Jack in the Box!!!! Posted on 4th of July 5:00p.m. FIRE HIM!!!

I put 5 stars but in reality it’s 0-1 just for the service, food was ok for a fast food establishment. I thought I would give them a chance until I read other reviews that had similar experiences with bad service and quite frankly this one is about the older short aunty who I assume is the manager who acts all annoyed with her customers, this was not once when I was in there but twice (and I rarely go into the establishment). The first time I was in the drive through and I ordered curly fries instead of the regular, came home and saw that my order was wrong and so I went back there, lady insisted that I said regular fries (please note I NEVER order regular fries from there and if I do want regular fries my first choice would be McDonald’s.) aunty went back and forth arguing with me on how I was wrong and how I never said curly fries, horrible attitude. The second time was today when I ordered from the app to where it had a deal saying free fries OF ANY SIZE with any order, couldn’t even choose the size option but I assumed I can just go in and state what size I wanted since it was free fries OF ANY SIZE. I’m not really bothered by this one but due to my first experience with her I strongly think she should choose another profession. Again her attitude threw me off although I asked nicely and was even confused about the false advertising it had on the web. No wonder why you don’t see anyone in there when you walk in.
Went in to order mini tacos but had to use the bathroom first. Front counter clerk Debbie said I could only use the men's room so she unlocked the door and let me in grumbling something I could not understand. It was a disgusting mess with trash, urine, water, and vomit on the floor. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and decided to go to Taco Bell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Went in this morning to get a breakfast croissant sandwich with egg and bacon. The service was dry. Then, I noticed right before I bit into the sandwich, and I noticed the egg was green. So I took it back, and the cashier started yelling at me, trying to tell me that this is how the sandwich is supposed to be🤔 green, really? I asked the cashier why you were upset with me. You're the one who served me a green egg, lol! They gave me another sandwich, and the egg wasn't green, lol. But I will never go there again in a very negative and dry environment.

Ordered on line. Restaurant didn't have an item on order, but they substituted it for 8pc nuggets and 8pc chicken strip. But problem is with their third-party system for deliveries. Why do Jack in the Box always or if it's only me that they have some time of "difficulty in finding the address" to the delivery order or not completing or following instructions on delivery methods when you can fulling describe what methods your preferring if it either contact or no contact?
