The place was dirty, dirty and dirty. Not a single table for customers was clean and the food prep area where sandwiches are finished was just mess. Worse, one of the guys cleaning then stopped to finish my sandwich without washing his hands..he put on gloves, using dirty hands, so what was the point there? I had a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was like cardboard. Ugh. Won't be going back.

I was waiting in line to pay not a hello or I’ll be a minute the manager was worried about some deposit being wrong. No acknowledgment what so ever I just canceled my order and left.
Always a delight! Excellent management and staff always recognize me and say hello. Clean, friendly, professional. Love it! Mahalo friends

I love Mike's, but this place sucks. The manager was training a kid with 2 other employees watching, seen the new kid give my sandwich a 5 second oil pour on my regular sandwich. I was so shocked the manager had to emphasize he was new. I didn't want to be rude so I gave the Benefit of the doubt maybe it just looked like alot. NOPE!!! it was so oily by the time I got home the sandwich was mush and the bag was so soaked in oil it leaked through the wrap, the bag and soaked my car seat!!!! Complete waste of money due to poor training and management. I payed 20$ to get mush and a soda and chips.
