Just left this place. We ordered fish and chips and fish fajitas. The fish for the fish and chips were dry due to being overcooked. The fish for the fajitas was so over cooked I couldn’t cut it with a fork and it was chewy like rubber. We told the waitress and she wanted to know if I needed a knife! Are you kidding me? She then wanted to know if I wanted something different for my fajitas. I said no just take it off our bill. She came back and said the manager said since I ate half the fish they couldn’t do any thing. I was furious. I had eaten about a quarter of the fish. They finally came back and had taken it off the bill. Still can’t believe she asked me if I needed a knife to cut my fish. DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT FISH!!

The atmosphere is old slightly dingy diner style, but the service is great and the food tastes simple yet satisfying. The fish was very good and the vegetables were not overly spiced. I enjoyed the meal.

Everything perfect except for the manager way too long she been there no personality. never ever smiles stone face. and doesn’t know how to handle a situation in a restaurant. Instead she becomes defensive and rudely assume otherwise conversation. I lost my watch in the restaurant. my phone tracked the watch there. I went in to speak with the manager she said no one turned in anything. I asked her if she could ask her employees. She responded with rude attitude and say I not searching thier bags.I replied I didn’t say that you did. I suggested to ask. While I was at the bar area the customers whom I know one of them suggested sound off the watch. I didn’t want to just in case someone has the watch. Before I could finish my conversation the manager screams across the floor were not hiding anything. She jumped to assumption. I replied to her you need to be professional as a manager and calm down. I immediately left the restaurant and waited for security. after security arrived he didn’t have the proper form to make a report. I said forget it. We walked back into Kohos to get the manager name. As we walked back in the bar waitress was discussing my business about my watch to a guest. talking shit to the guest about me. Caught her red handed. she looked at me shock and stood there with her mouth wide open.She asked did you find the watch? I replied no!!! Id I need the manager name and business card. Manger came and said Nohealani is her name. I left with security.

This place is dead!!! It's obvious it's not the same owner!!! Used to live here for many years. Came back to visit my favorite restaurant and it was totally dead... Yeah pissed me off. Can you believe they took out saimin and all their best food??? They cut the menu in half!!! I took a party of 12:00 and we all left. There's nothing on that menu That's worth buying! Good luck! It will not stay open!

Got two breakfast hockey pucks. We’re still frozen in the middle. Took them back to reheat them still cold in the middle. 16 bucks for two little still frozen hot pockets and a small coffee. This place really sucks bad. Didn’t even taste good. They offered a refund but that’s not what I’m after. I’m after a decent breakfast sandwich. Oh yeah service took 20 minutes and still could not even microwave a damn frozen breakfast sandwich

Had an absolutely fantastic brunch! Kimmie was amazing and funny and totally got my husband's jokes and kept him on his toes! The food was also amazing and very reasonably priced. Definitely going back on our next trip to Maui.
