We stopped in during one of the cruise stops. We didn't get a chance to get some in Oahu. We expected not to have a great experience with the shave ice in Maui because everyone recommended places in Oahu. Boy were we pleasantly surprised!! I had the coconut flavored shave ice and it was AMAZING!! It was so good I ate it and forgot to take a picture. They were generous with the condensed milk. The large portion can be shared with 2-3 people. I highly recommend it.
Ice cream was average.The customer service was the worst. We asked for a scoop of ice cream with two flavors. She charged for 2scoops. When brought it up, she responded in a rude way that “In AMERICA when you ask for 2 flavors means 2 scoops”Definitely, the customer service here needs a lot of work and attention.
