great staff with great customer service. very friendly. My family and I went there after dinner and the teenage boy named Malekai was supper helpful, respectful, and funny. They had a lot of flavors to choose from. Highly recommend this place for a dessert after dinner.
The customer service here is excellent! I'm in the states but wanted to give my daughter her usual birthday cake. Tried the app., didn't offer the choice I wanted, really difficult to navigate. Called store, spoke with Princess, and was able to get exactly what I wanted in about 5 minutes. She was so sweet! Helpful, polite, very professional. Thank you
