Mr. Cow - Maui is a new eatery that opened in October 2022 at the Queen Kaahumanu Center food court. Established in 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii by Yunho Kim, the restaurant has expanded to other locations in Georgia, Illinois, New York, and Virginia.

The menu features corn dogs in nine coating styles with four different filling choices, including cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and "sausage." Customers can also enjoy cheese balls. The Mr. Cow Classic corn dog, with its crunchy, chewy coating and smoky, savory beef hot dog, is a popular choice, as is the Spaghetti Stix, which comes with a semi-sweet marinara sauce and Kraft cheese.

While the food prep workers' lack of hair nets raised some concerns about cleanliness, the friendly and professional cashier provided efficient service, with orders being completed in under ten minutes.
