We love ramen and get it all the time when we're at home (CA, oc). Noodles were cooked medium firm. Pork belly was awesome. Crispy/charred on one side. They were cut in cubes which I've never had and I loved it.
We ordered the vegetarian ramen - spicy garlic and the miso ramen. Couldn't complain, both were delicious and full of veggies/tofu. They have options for udon/egg noodles(doesn't contain egg).

(Late review from September - October 2022) The absolute BEST ramen ever especially from a food truck! I tried the egg noodle ramen with pork belly. It was AMAZING. Such a yummy meal for lunch. The prices are worth it for a tasty bowl of fresh ramen. The customer service was welcoming and helpful with recommendations.
