This poke is great. Selection was limited due to me going there 15min before they closed. What I did get was great. Kimchi shrimp poke was awesome. I'll go again next I visit Maui. This place was recommended by my Uber driver.

We received lots of recommendations to try poke at Foodland, but after visiting a different Foodland looks like this place is a little different. The price seemed reasonable until we tried the poke and it left us disappointed. It was probably our least favorite poke we tried during our visit. The staff was very friendly tho.

First, I don't normally leave poor reviews, but I spent $65 and I expect quality comparable to another Foodland store.
And before writing this review, I saw the same complaints that I had in reviews going back 5 years.
So that suggests that they don't care, or don't even bother to see feedback.
Salmon poke was mediocre. Skin still on some of the chunks of salmon, and they use random tough parts of the fish. Also way too much mayo. Also got the Hamachi Sashimi. To their credit, good portion, and fresh, but Hamachi is normally rich with fat, almost creamy in texture. This Hamachi was not fatty or melt in your mouth. The Aku and Ahi were fine. I recommend drive up the road to the Wailuku Foodland.
Poke Bowl okay. A little Overpriced for amount given and taste.

Great variety of poke, good value, and best poke I had on Maui! We ate here 3 times in 4 days. We tried the Ahi, blue fin, salmon, and marinated cucumber. I recommend them all! The service is quick and friendly. It is located inside a Foodland, and there is no seating.
