Went to dinner here as a family of 5, kids are 7-11yrs old so we decided to share given the size of the portions around us. Had the shrimp fried rice, veggie spring rolls, side of chicken katsu and the combo with ramen & karaage. Didn't get to take a picture due to everyone scarfing it all down lol. Kids kept saying they wanted to come back again to try new things. Great place, authentic Japanese atmosphere , food was great and came fast to the table.

This is a mixed review. I haven't used my card in weeks and ate here last night. I woke up with a call from the bank saying that my card has been hacked for $1000 by World Remit which is an international money wire transferring system. Ramen Bones was the last place & ONLY place I've used my card in weeks. Luckily, I don't even have $1000 so they didn't get away with anything but the bank did say that Ramen Bones system is probably not secure and easily hacked. That being said, if you eat here PAY WITH CASH.
Food was great ... Big portions. Boba drinks were delicious. Service was mediocre. Kind of impatient. Financial safety was lacking ?

I wasn’t in there this time I DoorDashed. The last time I went there, the food was awesome and I enjoyed myself. I decided to DoorDash because I trusted it would be good as well. It wasn’t. I just want you to look at the side of rice and curry I was given and tell me if that looks good to you, or if it was fair for me to pay for my meal and receive this (mind you DoorDash is always more expensive). ONE piece of carrot, ONE piece of potato. Thats really sad. I called them and asked if this was normal, and the lady on the phone told me yes. Should’ve gotten her name but she was working 8:30p on July 10th. If this is normal, I guess it’s normally not a good choice to DoorDash from you guys. Also the rice is hard. And the potato patties were not crispy. The outer layer was soggy and gave me a gross texture. If you were to DoorDash from Tajima Ramen or Izakaya Genbe in Kihei, they wouldn’t do you dirty like this. Even if you were all the way in Wailuku, it would still arrive looking better than ever.

This was a great place to stop and eat. Love the Ramen bowls.. Wish it was bigger that is why I gave it a 4 on atmosphere. The food was great and the portions were large. Wish I was not visiting because I could have taken food home and tried other dishes. A must try when downtown.

Ramen is never my first choice but I’ve heard great things about it. So a party of 7 decided to check it out. Food wise was okay but nothing super special about it, everyone pretty much enjoyed it. Saw a roach… didn’t think much of it ( it’s Hawaii I kno ) but then they were literally crawling on us … looked down and bunch of dead ones … on the windows was live ones. I tried to not make a scene I was so disturbed and then when I told the server she literally just ignored me as if she doesn’t understand English, not a single care.
Flavors were delicious and service was fast and very pleasant. Only negative was the meat in my oxtail soup was not tender. I took it home, slow cooked it more and it was fantastic.

We ordered lobster balls (NO), shuimai (okay), shrimp Tempura (from frozen), mochico chicken (okay), gyoza (no), chicken katsu (really thin with ketchup sauce), wonton mein (good), shoyu Ramen (good), and beef curry (good). Overall it is okay. The food is not great and it left a greasy film in my mouth that wasn't pleasant. Yes, we ordered mostly fried food to pair with our Ramen, but honestly I don't feel that way when I leave Ramenya. LOTS of better quality food elsewhere.Mahalo
Ordered the Takoyaki and Katsu Curry. Would I order it again no thank you. I'll give it another try with the ramen. Hopefully that is way better because i was disappointed with what I ate.
