I was craving a burger at 8:30pm on my way home from work but didn’t want fast food. I spotted Sparky's Food Truck at Da Kava Spot. So glad I pulled over! The teriyaki burger, noodle salad, and crispy fries (still crunchy by the time I got home! That never happens!). The burger was cooked perfectly too. I highly recommend getting hurricane sauce for the fries (it’s worth the extra $2!). If you see this food truck, pull over, get out, and get some!
I can’t reconmend Sparky’s enough! From beginning to end, such a wonderful and genuine Aloha vibe. The warm and friendly staff greeting and taking our orders even for our late dinner. Wish we could order everything! We had Teriyaki Hammah burger. The Hammah Burger, Mahi Piccata. Sweet and Spicy Mochico Chicken, Chicken Katsu. Spicy Barbecue Smoked meet, Patelle Loco Moco! Lol it was for a pick for a late dinner gathering with friends.. i thought we may not finish food that...

Justin is so kind and took the time to explain the menu and chat with us at the end of the meal. He makes a kick ass coconut cake (shoutout to his sister for making a delicious recipe!) it’s like a tres leches cake but with coconut and honestly I didn’t take any pictures because we are everything so quickly <3 will be back !
