Ordered a venti pumpkin spice iced latte. I have not kidding 5 sips and it was gone. Looked in the cup completely full of ice. Paid $8 for ice. Bring the clear cups back

Terrible Experience at Starbucks – Maui, HI
I had a really disappointing experience today (June 25th) around 12 noon at the Starbucks drive-thru in Maui. I ordered a coffee, and shortly after, my 12-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. I parked and went inside with her, only to find out the bathroom required a code.
When I asked the tall young cashier for the code, he refused to give it to me and said I had to place an order inside the store to access the restroom—even though I had literally just purchased something moments earlier in the drive-thru.
I was shocked. Denying a child access to a restroom over something like this is absurd and completely lacking in compassion. Starbucks is supposed to be known for its customer service, but this experience said otherwise. Very disappointing. Do better, Starbucks.

Natasha was extremely rude I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t be talked down too because I’m disabled and because she feels like a fool for not doing the job right she gets and attitude with me it seems to me that she can’t handle the pressure of management. It is very obvious in the condition of what the store is left in most of the day the bathrooms and the staff under her employment. You would think that Starbucks would require higher standards when employing someone to represent their store. It’s a shame that customer service is no longer a thing, and Starbucks keeps reinforcing that

Customer service in this establishment is not it. I ordered my item online and went to the drive thru.. I missed the speaker and just went to the window. One of the girl spoke so sassy towards me saying to order at the speaker next time. I was sorry about it, but she rolled her eyes at me. Never again. Very rude.

Convenient location and workers are nice. They almost always have food items in stock. The only issue is their poorly engineered drive thru set up. Who puts a drive thru where you have to yield to oncoming traffic?? And their drive thru menu board was mounted in a spot that makes it impossible to see the oncoming traffic which makes it dangerous.

I like this place. I always order ahead and they got my order wrong only once. I always order my Frappuccino without whip cream. They're always friendly and nice. They always greet and thank me when I pick up my order.

Employees are so nice and professional,but also very considerate. I was sitting there drinking my frappe and charging my phone when an employee brought me a hot breakfast sandwich.?. It was delicious. It was very unexpected,but appreciated. Mahalo
I have been to thousands of Starbucks all over the U.S. There was no line inside, a few patrons sitting. I ordered one bread loaf and one drink NO FOAM. It took forever to get my order, they finally gave the bread and I reminded the 5 giggling girls that I ordered a drink. They then set it on the counter and instead of the usual call off of what I ordered, she said “this is yours” Well it had an inch of foam. My gosh. So rude, not to mention the girls goofing off loudly.
