Went in this morning to grab coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The two guys working were terrible. 3 customers after us got their food first and when I asked if ours was cooking they didn’t even respond but turned around to put the sandwiches in, after 20 minutes of waiting. We asked for our money back on the sandwiches and the guys didn’t say one word to us. Terrible customer service.

This store is very convenient because it's location and the drive thru. However, the experience of going inside the store is never completely satisfying. It feels a little dirty. Maybe the tables and chairs need to be changed, or just pay more attention to the general cleanliness of the space to make it a 5 star ⭐ Starbucks

Don’t forget to purchase some Starbucks gift cards with Hawaiian designs to take back with you for souvenirs of Hawaii that last! In past years they had a hula girl image. This year it’s the state of Hawaii with a bird and a rainbow !
Went up to the counter to ask for a spoon. The ladies behind the counter ignored me and turned off the lights. They saw me walking up while they were speaking to another person at the pick up area. After waiting without any acknowledgement, I asked for a spoon. They said they didn't have one. I went to go back to the line in Target and they turned the lights back on again. Very rude for them to not acknowledge me at all and shut off the lights off with their backs turned to me. Just say sorry, we are closed. I checked my phone for the time and it had barely turned 9 by the time I returned to the check out line.
