We love this restaurant and are so happy to get in each year. We enjoy the students and their attention to detail and customer service as they grow their confidence and expertise. Mark Malone has become a “must see” person every year, a real anchor to the program. Can't say enough about Maui Community College's development of this valuable program.
We went for lunch on the final day of service, with students in charge and doing a wonderful job, start to finish! They can use more practice but overall we were delighted with every one of them. And the food was incredible. Kudos to the chef and all the instructors, too!
Marvelous meal and even though not many servers..they showed excellent care to our table and served us in a timely manner. Great student attitude and trained well be Mark Malone. Thanks
