We went for lunch on the final day of service, with students in charge and doing a wonderful job, start to finish! They can use more practice but overall we were delighted with every one of them. And the food was incredible. Kudos to the chef and all the instructors, too!
Marvelous meal and even though not many servers..they showed excellent care to our table and served us in a timely manner. Great student attitude and trained well be Mark Malone. Thanks
We all enjoyed the Asian theme food. The main thing we like is the complexity of the food. The scallops were in a nice sauce and sliced to perfection. the Kanpachi was a tad overcooked but tasted nice in a nice sauce. The ice cream cake was very good as well. Our server was very nice and thoughtful. We really enjoyed the overall experience.
