AMAZING view and we loved the live music. Service was great with good recommendations/advice. Compared to the other places we ate at factoring in the service/standard and vibes I would highly recommend if you're looking for a higher end spot.
We dined here for lunch and dinner three times. We love the oceanfront location, service, and food. We were staying at the hotel, and this as well. As the Residents Beach zhouse were our favorites for food. We loved the burger, hummus, meatballs, peach salad, Truffle pasta, gnocchi, and fish tacos. They have a nice selection of cocktails and wine. The squash blossoms and bread were also amazing.
Eating at Beach Tree is a treat and something I look forward to on my annual trips to the Big Island. They were a little off their game this time though. Service was slow, our drinks & food took an inordinately long time to arrive (tables who arrived and ordered after we did were served first), and when the food finally arrived we were warned that the plates were extremely hot. often a sign that they've been sitting under heat lamps. And sadly, my husband's steak...
