I don't usually leave reviews to defend a business, but my experience with this Burger King location was nothing out of the ordinary from any other BK I've been to recently. I walked in and no one laughed at me. The guy taking my order was polite and speedy.
It was mid afternoon and my food took a few minutes, I assume because they were cooking everything fresh. The food was tasty, hot, and exactly as I ordered.
Yes, it is expensive here. But find me somewhere on island that isn't L&L that isn't expensive.
Would I come back here again? Probably not. But not because of my experience but rather because I just don't eat BK often and there are a ton of restaurants in the area to try out. I really only went here because it was across the street from my condo and I didn't want to walk far for lunch. I don't regret my decision.

Dennis & Terilynn with big smiles & gave excellent customer service...I believe they deserve a raise..Because the inflation is REAL not just here in Hawaii but the entire USA, eating out burns holes in my pocket so the food is always over priced but the service & cleanliness made up for it...

Burger King blocked public restrooms from their customers. Laziness at its peak. Absolute disregard toward their clients. You can imagine what else they are cutting on in the kitchen. No pass for Burger King! Over $16 after tax for whopper meal medium.

Yo burger king's prices went way up just like McDonald's. However, burger king's good quality went way up unlike McDonald's. Onion rings were cooked perfectly, something I have never seen before. I took a bit outta my burger and could see the steam coming off of it. Their dining room has been redone and it's nice and classy. Don't worry they still got paper crowns. 10/10 BK! I had it my way today.

It was the kids choice to get chicken fries. They also tried the new firey chicken fries, they taste burnt although they did not look burnt. 11.39$ for a 12 box of chicken fries, yikes.
