Excellent fish! Fresh fish caught daily! Don't be turned off by the small place. My husband is a fisherman and very picky and was quite impressed with their knowledge about different fish and how and what size to catch! It's a must go if you want fresh fish!
We went twice and prepared the meals. Everything was really fresh. We did a pan sear with the sailfish, steamed the walu with a slight sear on the bottom. The lehi was also superb. It was expensive but worth it.

Found this market and his wonderful owner at the Waimea Market today. Owner is a wealth of knowledge in preparing each type of fish. He had several fish to choose from and happy to describe texture etc to us. A plus for us is that his poke is gluten free. He even gave us an education on different types of tamari. not all are gluten free as I had thought. Ceviche and poke really amazing for lunch and can’t wait to try the Maunchon fish for dinner!
