“We arrived at Ola Brew on our last night on the Big Island. After a fun day in the sun at Magic Beach we were ready for some good food and some beers. Our friends went earlier for Bao Bun sandwiches so I was sold. I just LOVE Bao. Sadly they were out since we arrive at night so I had to pick something else. OMG, so glad I did. The Ola burger is still stuck in my head weeks later back at home. It was a smash burger so great char, Ola sauce and grilled onions! Sadly no picture because it was dark but there are a few on their site.
I want to try and make it but that Ola sauce......hmmmmm? The burger was so good I gave a few bites to others. When I went to order my next beer I ordered another burger for my husband and I to share. Seriously that good that I bought another. My friend said the Bao sandwich was amazing so if you go perhaps order both and share.“
