Costco Food Court

Waited 15 min in one line, can't give my pizza thru that window, waiting 15 more minutes in 2nd line, pizza is piling up and getting burnt on bottom.

I Ordered at the kiosk. Was told my 2 Pepperoni slices were not ready, so they told me i had to wait and pointed me towards the “Whole Pizza” window. So i did. 3 people in-front of me, all outside the yellow lines. worker brings out 2 pepperoni slices, nobody in front of me moves, i walk up show my receipt to the worker who says nothing. Then the guy that was off to the side of the pickup window who was on his phone not paying attention says to me, “we’re all waiting for pepperoni slices” like im just supposed to know this?? The lady never told me i had to wait in line again and do the whole receipt process over again. Screw this place.

They move incredibly slow at this location sadly… It breaks my heart to see the line move so slow. It takes nearly 30minutes to receive a $1.50 hotdog.. The workers at the Costco Food Court are going to destroy the Costco name. People spend way too much money in the store to deal with this type of low quality service afterwards. I highly suggest everyone calls corporate to complain.

Always Wonderful food served here. Unfortunately today only 1 prepaid line open 1 unpaid. Almost like a bunch of Elderly Juveniles running food court today. 30 mins in line after paying for food court supplies inside the Store. Absolutely a Joke today Costco. No real concern for people with disabilities. Seen a lot of disabled individuals with mobility issues struggling for 30 mins in line. This individual says there no excuse for what these individuals had to deal with to 3/18/26.

Moldy hotdog bun.
Relatively slow.
People are nice though.
I ordered through the app which is very quick. But the wait was awfully long. Once I got up to a window after a long wait. I got my two hotdogs which turns out one of them had mold on the bun. I had to jump back in line after I discovered the moldy bun. The woman helping me was apologetic and gave me a new one. It took ages to complete this order. Will I go again yes. Will I keep an eye out for the buns again. Very much so

Stopped here for something quick before going to the airport. Took 30 minutes to get a hot dog! Beware service is very slow here. Food is otherwise good, normal Costco food court fare.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. The mocha freeze is wonderful! It's like a mocha coffee milkshake.

The food is good quality and inexpensive but you pay by waiting in line 15 to 25 min usually.
If you value your time just keep walking.
The long lines have been a problem for almost a decade. I guess you get what you pay for.

Stood inline for 20 minutes with 7 people in front of me to buy 2 chicken ceasar salads.
To my disappointment 1/3 of my salad had rotten lettuce. Apparently salads are not made daily and who ever is putting it together don’t care about removing rotten lettuce.
