Great food, service and you get free parking for 2 hours! I like to get the coconut shrimp and look at the ocean waves coming in on the Kailua Bay.

My family had dinner here tonight and the service was amazing, especially Renee! Renee made sure we were taken care of and that our orders were perfect. She offered a sample of a new seltzer that she hadn't tried yet to make sure I liked it before I ordered it. The burrito, BYOB, and Luau pizza were delicious! A big shout out to Renee for her amazing service and gracious hospitality/personality!

Located downtown in the Kailua-Kona area Kai Eats & Drinks popped up with good reviews when we were searching dinner options. We came here on a Sunday around 6pm and were sat down almost immediately. The view from anywhere in this restaurant is breathtaking- you're right on the water and if you come at the right time if it is sunny you're in for a nice sunset. Service was good- we had an older lady and she was super friendly. Also recommended some of the favorites to us. They have a good menu so it took us a few minutes to finally decide what we'd be eating. We ordered the carne asada fries that come loaded with chimichurri and blue cheese as our appetizer, then the two littles ordered a smash burger from the kids menu, my oldest ordered a double smash burger, the other ordered a burger that came with arugula, and I went with the spicy fish tacos. After dinner we even ordered some dessert to finish off our meal while enjoying the views. The kids all went with just ice cream while I ordered a slice of their island key lime. Everybody really seemed to enjoy their burgers, the highlight for us all were the loaded carne asada fries- what a combo but it worked beautifully together, now my fish tacos were probably the one thing that made me sad- they truly lacked flavor even after adding the salsa and guacamole the flavor for me was underwhelming but nothing the fries didn't make up for. Now dessert the key lime was perfect! So with pretty views and overall good food, and validated parking we'd come back to check out more meals here for sure.

Nice environment, the Baja fish taco looks amazing, tastes terrible. 1. Batter is way too thick...tastes like flour. 2. The fish is dry and chewy, I'm guess it was frozen when fried. Cost 24 dollars for two tacos like this...typical tourist spot food, i should have known better .

It's one of our most favorite spots to visit. First, the staff embraces true hospitality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The burgers and salads are delicious and refreshing. The beer selection is fantastic. Mango wheat beer was fabulous. The best part is the view and layout, stunning! Please take the time to visit.

We came here twice in less than a week on the island - the food, ambiance and service are AMAZING. Their burgers the first meal was delicious and we came back a second time to try a pizza and it also was heaven. Mango cheesecake for dessert was just perfect. My husband loved their selection of beers.

We have been here twice now. It's a beautiful location, views of the ocean are so awesome even for us locals. The food, drinks and service was great. Thank you for service to locals and visitors alike with an Aloha spirit. It's much appreciated. I am disabled from Osteosarcoma bone cancer and have a service dog, who was also welcomed with no problems. Thank you staff at Kai Eats for being accommodating to people with disabilities. It's refreshing to say the least.Aloha and can't wait to dine at Kai Eats soon♥️?????????

Somehow we missed Kai Eats + Drinks when doing research for our trip. Husband is vegetarian so we needed to prepare in advance for where we would eat in Kona. We saw Kai's when driving around, went in for dinner, and WOW! Fun atmosphere, great service and REAL PIZZA! Handmade thin crust with perfect flavor and a bit of char, and excellent choice of toppings. We had some terrible pizza at two other places in Kona, but Kai's was so good we had pizza there two nights in a row! The burgers and drink selection were also great, and the hostess and servers were excellent.

I ordered the fish tacos. There were two fish tacos for $26.00. The fish did not taste fresh, and the server never returned to check out drinks, etc. I was extremely disappointed.
