Nephi's Smokehouse

I love Nephi them, they show a true family business. This is local food, what we say “Hawaiian kine food” pure from the heart. The customer service is always love. Aunty who works cashier may have a hard time hearing but she loves to see everyone from around the world and get to know them. Please be patient with her. All the one stars to three stars don’t know about true Hawaiian food. If you are visiting Hawaii I recommend the one pancakes and try their smoke meat. Show love and support for the family business 🤙🏽🙏🏽

Got the last Lupulu. So lucky got saved by the bell. The islanders protein power plate. Simple yet, so delicious. If your wife can cook this, hide her from the Rugby Team😂💪. Mahalo Nephis for the action + smoked meats

I got the garlic aioli chicken and it was delicious. Cooked fresh as well! It seemed like it was family owned and the uncle in the kitchen came out when it was only my friend and I dining in and talked to us. Very kind people!

Super low key, mega chill, and great food. This place is out of the way but easy to get to, great parking, and that's before you eat. I had loco moco and shared a 2 meat plate, sausage and crispy pork. I recommend it all!

Amazing food, follow their yummy suggestions and you will leave a very happy person. Very kind staff. Best gravy on the island. Amazing smoked meat mocoloco! Ube pancakes were sooo rich with ube and the Chantilly... mouth watering. My new must visit every time in town.

I am obsessed with this place! The furikake chicken plate and kalbi short rib plate were to die for! So sad we only found this spot on the last day on Big Island but WOW!!
