Excellent authentic Mexican food at affordable rate on the island! As a native Arizonan, I am always leery of trying Mexican food anywhere else but Patricio's exceeded my expectations.

I expected worse in Hawaii ? I ordered the veggie bowl - it was really similar to ordering fajitas. The texture was great, the flavor was good, the serving size was good.
My husband ordered a carnitas plate - he said it was pretty good, a bit greasy, but not bad.
(Keep in mind, we eat a LOT of Mexican food. This was a good hole in the wall style restaurant)
Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl was like fajitas. Be aware, it has cheese.

The asada was grilled, not asada the Horchata was good, but the price for small was overpriced the beans were a bit dry it didn't taste like refried beans...the al pastor overwhelmed with seasoning, the meat was overcoat it a bit less ? it will be better aswell with small peace of pineapple would amazing ?? ? thank you ? for not closing early!!!

The place has gone downhill, not just downhill but downhill on turbo mode! The food is terrible nowadays (unless you like eating dirt and who knows what.) The only good thing about this place is that they're way out in the Pacific and no chance of making it to the mainland.

Ordered shrimp fajita, fish taco, salad, flan
Tacos were great, and priced well. Make sure not to miss out on the free offer of a taco!
Fajita was pretty good, shrimp was well cooked, seasoned and presented well.
Salad was good, fish was great, bit lack of seasoning though.
Flan was good! I’m not sure if they prepare it on-site, but it tasted great nonetheless.
Workers were very nice, food came out within 10 minutes. Great speed.

Super tasty and fresh! Large portions. Good price. Casual vibe. Fast service. Big menu. Tamales were big and fire, with tender moist masa. Kids burrito was delicious and big. Stuffed pepper special was amazing, with delicious spicy crema. Would be a go-to place if I lived here!

The green sauce tasted bitter. Maybe they need to make a smaller batch. Might have to be made more often.

I am so pissed off that I just called in a takeout order and paid $27 for a burrito and an order of taquitos. My taquitos are cold. There is dried out chicken in the middle and no cheese on top. The burrito was supposed to have Carne Asada, but it’s a mushy nasty mix of beef stew see picture there is also no cheese and a few old french fries it is super gross and I am very, very disappointed.

I'll try to summarizemy experience,
Cons:
-Staff is not friendly at all, they a "what do you want" attitude. You would think they would be nicer being in a tourist area so ppl leave a good tip.
- Torta is not a torta.
-Ceviche was nasty could not eat it, shrimp must have been a week old.
-Asked if there was pineapple tamales, was told yes, 5min later I was told there's no more. They asked me what other tamales I wanted instead, I said none, I want my money back, they did not like that!
Pros:
-Subway right next door, better staff, better food.
