Starbucks in Kailua Kona

“On island for a wedding. No car rental. Walked to the nearest Starbucks- 0.86 miles. Got the first cup of walk-in business at 5:35 am. They made it the way I like and it tasted great. I can always rely on Starbucks for a consistently excellent experience.“

“Stopped by the Starbucks across from Walmart in Kona hoping to find one of the Hawaii-style reusable venti cups (the single ones, not the bulk packs — my favorites!). They didn’t have any this time, but the visit was still great. My coffee was perfect, the store was super clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s a convenient, easy stop whether you’re shopping nearby or just looking for a good caffeine fix. Definitely one of the nicest Starbucks locations in Kailua-Kona — I’ll be back to check for those special cups again! ☕🌺“

“This was my first visit to this location. I thought it was closed because no one was in the drive-thru, but it was just my lucky day! I got my usual Java Chip Frappucino with a shot of Peppermint. My drink was perfect, it was ready almost instantly, and Angie was the sweetest and most cheerful person I spoke to that entire day. I highly recommend this Starbucks location!“

“I live near Seattle and am an avid collector of their coffee mugs from the places we visit so just had to stop by during our first ever visit to the Big Island. We found a Hawaii mug but not a Kona one. Coffee was great or rather the refreshers were because it was just too hot for a coffee. It was so good, we went there twice. Hours are a bite limited, they close at 5pm on Sundays.“

“I was pleasantly surprised at how well-staffed this location was. There were four awesome young men working who were very polite and had my drink made perfectly in no time flat. I also noticed that this cafe has expansive amounts of brightly-lit window seating. Actually more seating than most stand-alone Starbucks locations. Thanks for the five star experience!“
