Bad service, overcharged (charged for footlong when given 6") dirty store and fountain machine "broken" so conveniently have to buy more expensive bottled drinks. Will not come back to this location.

Came for lunch. CO2 was out of fountain machine, might be a shortage on island. Was a few places like this, so bottles and canned drinks only.

I placed an online order at this location, after another location cancelled my order. They marked the order as completed, even though they hadn't started the order by the time I arrived. They also did not follow the special instructions that were stated in the order, with the employee stating that they did not receive the instructions, even though the special instructions were printed at the very top of my receipt, as well on their order print out. I would avoid this location.

This is by far the worst Subway that I have ever been to in my life. The employees have zero desire to service customers with respect or in a timely manner. No matter how many times they are addressed, the sandwiches are always made incorrectly, and orders that are sent are incomplete. The service at this subway is atrocious, and I advise eating anywhere else.

Don’t even come here. The guy has ocd so goodluck getting your veggies and sauces. The lady is obnoxious and didn’t let me order my sandwich the way I wanted to.

Service was so bad!!! I asked for them to please cut our 4 footlongs into 4's, NO answer. I then asked again, NO answer. Then a young girl who worked there came up to us and said to ask him at the end cause he won't remember. He basically threw our receipt at our bag in the counter after ringing us up. Not a good experience at all.

I can not give a single star to this subway.The guy who gave us service with super high attitude was not even putting enough veggies. Please if you are tourists like us from east coast, I don’t recommend this place at all.

I a simple order. I ordered the sweet onion teriyaki chicken with the lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese. I couldn’t even get the correct order handed to me instead they gave me with everything on top no cheese and I even paid for a meal and I didn’t even get the chips in the drink. I tried calling the store and no one answers. Bad customer service.
