Ordered online through the app, and when I got to the restaurant I was told by the employee that they voided my order because they do not participate in certain promotions through the app. I was not notified of any cancelation. So I had to wait for them to remake my order and pay again. I wish they would have contacted me to let me know my order was not made so I would not have to go there and wait longer and pay more. Ordered online to buy one foot long get another foot long free. Cool the order went through. When I went down to pick it up i was told I was charged full price and they dont participate in those deals that sucks but ok. What made me mad is that they just charged my card anyway without my approval. How do they have the right to do that? Also not even an apology from employee. Not coming back here ever.
